But how many allow that particular default to be cured?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Buyer shall be in default under the terms of this Agreement and the entire unpaid balance and any accrued interest shall be immediately due and payable upon the occurrence of the &#8230; death or permanent disability of [the principal]&#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All of the above default events \u2026 are subject to \u2026 the failure \u2026 to remedy the default event within 20 days of the date notice is given\u2026.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Twenty days seems awfully generous; Lazarus was brought back in four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The second is from a service agreement. Apparently the drafter just couldn&#8217;t make up their mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-default is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">[Company] does not require that any of our clients sign contracts or agreements upon retaining our services\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I accept these terms of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">________________________(Signature)             _________________________(Date)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"72\" height=\"72\" src=\"https:\/\/waltercounsel.com\/defiant\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/smiley72.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4608\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I&#8217;m trying to get this straight.
